Welcome, vendors, to the Green Mountain Alpaca Fall Spectacular! The GMAFS is being held at
the spacious and modern Champlain Valley Expo Center in Essex Junction, VT. We look
forward to having you join us and will do our best to make your experience at the GMAFS
both smooth and memorable.
Display set-up for the GMAFS must be completed on Friday, October 19, 2012, between 9 a.m.
and 7 p.m. Booths must be manned at all times during show hours on Saturday and Sunday,
October 20-21, 2012. Booths and displays may not be dismantled or removed from the venue
prior to the show’s end on October 21st at approximately 2:00 p.m.
Vendors are responsible for supplying all equipment necessary for booths and displays,
including tables, chairs, back drops, and extension cords, unless otherwise rented, per
the vendor contract and/or the GMAFS registration website. Wireless Internet access may
be purchased online through the Champlain Valley Expo Center website, using PayPal.
Vendor fees are $375.00 for one 10’ x 10’ space, $700.00 for two spaces, $900.00 for three
spaces; mini-space (card table size) vendor fees are $150.00. Please download a vendor contract here. Vendors may register and pay for their vendor spaces by going to the
on-line GMAFS registration site. The vendor contract should be submitted to Kathy Reczko,
